Guests are encouraged to wear summer-friendly semi-formal attire. This can include cocktail dresses, suits and ties.

Yes, free lot parking is available behind The Birkby House on Liberty Street. We are also offering bus transportation to/from the event for guests staying at the Tru by Hilton, One Loudoun hotel.

Please arrive to The Birkby House between 3:30 - 3:45 pm. Downtown Leesburg can be quite busy on Saturdays, plan to allow extra time for traffic if you are driving.

If weather permits, our ceremony will be held outside on the brick patio. The cocktail hour will offer indoor and outdoor areas for drinks and appetizers. Our reception will be held indoors in the lovely new Conservatory onsite at Birkby.

The reception will end at 10:00 pm. We hope you will join us at Tarbenders Lounge for our after party starting at 10:30pm. Bus transportation back to the Tru hotel will be offered at 10pm from The Birkby House and 11:30pm from Tarbenders.

Yes! We plan to host an open house-style breakfast buffet at City Tap House Loudoun from 9:30 - 11:30am. RSVP to let Lisa know if you plan to stop on by.
